49434 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for Mental Health: Which rural and remote areas have already received extended opening hours since the Government's May 2025 after-hours and urgent care announcement, and which are planned to receive them in 2026?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that Health New Zealand’s planning for 2026 is still being finalised. Officials have advised that up to 30 further rural and remote locations will benefit from improved services in 2026.
