49348 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Statistics: How many contractors, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I refer the Member to the attached table showing the number of contractors engaged by Stats NZ at each of the specified time points. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 49349 (2025), 49361 (2025) and 49366 (2025).
