Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Energy: What is the proposed remuneration, if any, broken down by board and title, for crown appointees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, for the 2025-26 financial year?

Hon Simon Watts: "As at 16 October 2025, the proposed remuneration for crown bodies of which I am responsible for, for the 2025/26 financial year, are as follows (see Appendix 1.1). With regards to the Crown Entities under the Energy portfolio, the EA and EECA: EA: The remuneration for the Electricity Authority Board is determined by the Remuneration Authority, under sections 12, 12A, 12AA, 12C, 18, 18A and 19 of The Remuneration Authority Act 1977. Proposed Electricity Authority Board remuneration will be consistent with that determination. EECA (see appendix 1.2)"
