48988 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Finance: On how many occasions (if any) has the Natural Hazards Commission relied on the provisions of the Limitation Act 2010 or Limitation Act 1950 in defence of a dispute or claim in the past 12 months?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that between 30 September 2024 and 30 September 2025 the Natural Hazards Commission has relied on the provisions of the Limitation Act 2010 or Limitation Act 1950 in 17 proceedings.
