Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. I received two documents jointly in my capacity as both Prime Minister and Minister for National Security and Intelligence between 5 August – 9 August 2024. It is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. Staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
