Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What consultations are the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, planning to open on the week beginning Monday 6 October 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and when is any such consultation expected to close?

In respect of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Growth’s answer to written parliamentary question 48860 (2025). With regard to Crown entities under the Workplace Relations and Safety portfolio, I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand did not open any consultations in the week beginning Monday 6 October 2025.
