Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I took the following papers to Cabinet during the week beginning 5 August 2024: 5/8/2024 - CAB-461: Clarifying Councils’ Ability to Manage Discharges Under the Resource Management Act 1991 It is not in the public interest to release one further title as it is under active consideration.
