Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that of the 26 staff working on the Military-style Academy Pilot, 13 staff from other Oranga Tamariki Youth Justice Residences came to work at Te Au rere a te Tonga for the residential component of the Pilot.
