Hon Nicole McKee: I received the following advice: • 1 October 2025 – Aide memoire: Meeting with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. • 1 October 2025 – Paper: Minister’s item on August MAAG meeting minutes. • 3 October 2025 -Weekly Report: Weekly Report (Justice, Associate Justice and Courts). • 3 October 2025 – Briefing: Strategic Priorities. • 3 October 2025 – Briefing: Response to Recommendation 6 of the Firearms Registry Review. I have received 4 further documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
