48412 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Justice: Does the Minister expect the economic cost of retail crime to go down as a result of the Ministerial Advisory Group for retail crime victims?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The purpose of the Ministerial Advisory Group has been articulated to the Member previously. I anticipate that the Government's law and order agenda will have an impact on the economic cost of retail crime.
