48372 (2025). Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What approximate percentage of the New Zealand aid money allocated to international aid organizations for Gaza since 1 December 2023, if any, has been delivered as humanitarian aid supplies inside Gaza, versus outside of Gaza?
Rt Hon Winston Peters: New Zealand's funding to humanitarian agencies is earmarked for the humanitarian response to the Israel-Hamas conflict. Given the scale of the need, we expect most of our funding has been utilised for supplies and services for the response in Gaza. However, some New Zealand funding may have also been used for agencies' humanitarian assistance programmes in the West Bank. New Zealand's funding is pooled with that of other donors and New Zealand receives consolidated multi-donor reporting from the agencies we fund. We do not request a dedicated breakdown of where our funding was provided.
