48310 (2024). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister of Health: What action, if any, has the Minister taken to ensure the Ministry of Health engages with the Universities of Otago and Auckland on the cost-benefit analysis for the proposed medical school at Waikato University?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the Ministry of Health has engaged on a regular basis with the University of Auckland and the University of Otago. Information has been provided from both universities to support development of the Programme Business Case and has informed development of the Cost Benefit Analysis.
