48259 (2024). Shanan Halbert to the Minister of Housing: What changes, if any, have there been to planned builds at the Northcote housing development since 1st January 2024, listed by date and change title?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that there have been no changes to the planned builds in the Northcote Development since 1 January 2024. The delivery target remains at 1,700 homes (480 state, and 1,220 affordable and market homes).
