Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as the Minister responsible for RMA Reform I took the following papers to Cabinet or Cabinet Committee in relation to RMA Reform since 1 March 2024: 11 March 2024 - ECO - CAB-391 - Work Programme for Reforming the Resource Management System 1 July 2024 - ECO - CAB-419 - Targeted Amendments to Unlock Development and Direct a More Efficient and Effective System 31 July 2024 - ECO - CAB-443 - Amendments to the National Policy Statement for Highly Productive Land 2022 5 August 2024 - ECO - CAB-461 - Clarifying Councils' Ability to Manage Discharges Under the Resource Management Act 1991 Two further titles have been withheld as they are under active consideration, and are therefore not in the public interested to be released.
