Hon Chris Bishop: The cost of the independent review conducted but LEK Consulting was $174,000. It was authorised by the Chief Customer and Services Officer for the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, in their role as the senior responsible owner for the National Ticketing Solution programme.
