Hon Louise Upston: Events Attraction Fund – This is not contestable. Events Boost Fund – Application opened on 15 September 2025 and closed on 30 September 2025. Applicants were required to submit a completed application form, a completed budget and attendance estimates spreadsheet and a letter of support from a relevant local authority. Applicants will be notified from late October 2025. Events and Infrastructure Upgrades – This is not contestable. Funding for the Manuka Doctor Tennis Arena and to several cycle trails was approved by Cabinet. Regional Tourism Boost – Applications opened on 17 September 2025 and closed on 15 October 2025 (stage 1) and 7 November 2025 (stage 2). Applicants must provide a completed application form, a project plan and an itemised budget for the project.
