48140 (2024). Hon Willie Jackson to the Minister for Māori Development: Since becoming Minister, how many times has he visited Tairawhiti in regard to Cyclone recovery and the recent flooding in Wairoa?

Hon Tama Potaka: I have not visited Tairāwhiti regarding the Cyclone recovery or the recent flooding in Wairoa. However, I have visited Tairāwhiti for many other kaupapa, and I also contributed via video message to the "Tairawhiti Tomorrow Together Summit" held in response to the Cyclone.
