48062 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2022?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that as of 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2023, the average customer service wait time for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) was 17 minutes and 27 seconds. The Ministry of Transport does not have any customer service lines.
