48057 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that as of 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025, the average customer service wait time for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) was two minutes and seven seconds. The Ministry of Transport does not have any customer service lines.
