Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does the Minister agree with the Prime Minister’s statement to the House on 30 July that the list of 14 layers of management at Health New Zealand was provided to him by Health New Zealand; if so, how is this consistent with the Minister's statement to the House on 30 July that he provided the list to the Prime Minister?
