48051 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2021?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that as of 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022, the average customer service wait time for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) was 14 minutes and 11 seconds. The Ministry of Transport does not have any customer service lines.
