48015 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Has he asked the Minister of Justice to open the proceeds of Crime Fund so that the $14.6m currently in it can be applied to community mental health and addiction initiatives and programmes, and if not, when, if at all, will he do so?
