47994 (2024). Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister of Health: In the month of July, 2024, what consultation, or correspondence, if any, has the Minister had with his Associate Ministers of Health regarding the Treaty of Waitangi?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: Since becoming the Minister of Health on 27 November 2023, I have had a range of verbal and written communications with Cabinet colleagues, including the Associate Ministers of Health and their offices, through a range of channels regarding a variety of issues concerning the health sector, as well as the Treaty of Waitangi. Correspondence I have received and sent is not categorised by topic. Accordingly, a central record of these conversations is not held and the information requested is not available in an easily reportable format.
