47990 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Ethnic Communities: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2025?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised by the Ministry for Ethnic Communities (the Ministry) that as of 1 October 2025, the Ministry has always operated a freephone for general enquiries. However, the Ministry does not collect data on average wait time.
