Hon Todd McClay: On 31 July 2024, three Agriculture portfolio related papers were considered by the Cabinet Economic Policy Committee: • ‘Progressing Changes to Dairy Export Quota Allocation’; and • two other paper titles which have been withheld under Speaker’s Ruling 199/6.
