47967 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2025?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have been advised by the Tertiary Education Commission that the average wait time for customer service lines as of 1 October 2025 was 32 seconds.
