Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2021?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: As Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology, I have no responsibility for any government departments or ministries. With regard to Crown Entities and any other bodies under the Science, Innovation and Technology portfolio for which I am responsible, I am advised that phone and email contacts are in place and available for customers on all their websites. However due to modest call numbers no formal customer service lines are operated, thus no wait time is recorded.
