47904 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2021?

Hon Louise Upston: Regarding the Ministry of Disabled People - The Ministry of Disabled People - Whaikaha became a standalone Ministry on 1 December 2024. I am advised that as part of its establishment the Ministry is due to have its own phone line operational later this year. For the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to written reply 47826 (2025).
