47846 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2025?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Te Tari Whakatau operated two 0800 numbers for Takutai Moana Financial Assistance Scheme and general enquiries. These lines do not operate through a call queue system that allows measurement, and no data is collected on wait times due to the low call volumes and direct nature of service provision in this area.
