47742 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Māori Development: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2025?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that Te Puni Kōkiri operates 0800 numbers for its National and Regional Offices. These lines do not operate through a call queue system that measures call wait times.
