47730 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2021?

Hon Chris Penk: The average call wait time for Land Information New Zealand’s customer service line from 1 October 2020 – 30 September 2021 was 5 minutes 29 seconds. This is based on 4 months data (June-Sept 2021) as LINZ is unable to provide the full information due to changes to the telephony technology during this period, through which data was not retained.
