Hon David Seymour: During the week of 29 July I received the following reports, briefings, aides memoire, memos from the Treasury in my capacity as Associate Minister of Finance that were not sent also to the Minister of Finance. 31 July 2024 - Treasury Report T2024/1932: Reporting requirement in the Overseas Investment Regulations For the remainder of reports, I am advised the Treasury publishes on its website a list of the reports and briefings that the Minister of Finance has received, where she has portfolio responsibility as Minister of Finance. I refer the Member to this list, which will shortly be publicly available. During the same period I recieved the following reports from other entities: Southern Response 31 July 2024 - Quarterly Report – Quarter Ending 30 June 2024 Southern Response 31 July 2024 - Briefing for incoming shareholding Minister – July 2024 Southern Response - Independent Oversight Committee 31 July 2024 - IOC Report to the Crown & Letter Some titles may not be released if they relate to matters of commercial sensitivity, active consideration, legal privilege and/or confidential negotiations. I also receive a fortnightly report from the Natural Hazards Commission every second week.
