47606 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2020?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Environmental Protection Authority has operated an inhouse contact centre since April 2021. There is no data available prior to this. For information about the Ministry for the Environment, I refer the Member to my reply to written question 47595 (2025).
