47594 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2021?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Environmental Protection Authority has operated a small inhouse contact centre since April 2021. There is no data available prior to this, and there are system limitations on accessing raw data before May 2023.
