Hon Paul Goldsmith: I took the following papers to Cabinet: • 29 July 2024 - Follow-up Report to the United Nations' Committee against Torture • 29 July 2024 - Amendments to Court Rules 2024 and Coroners Regulations • 29 July 2024 - Gangs Legislation Amendment Bill: Approval of Amendment Paper • 29 July 2024 - Government Response to the Report of the Petitions Committee on the Petition of Kiwilaw Probate and Estates Ltd: Raise the Threshold for Requiring Probate or Letters of Administration I took 1 further document to Cabinet, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the title at this time.
