47431 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: What was the average wait time, if any, for customer service lines, if any, in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 October 2020?

Hon David Seymour: The Ministry for Regulation was established on 1 March 2024 and is not a frontline agency. It does not operate public-facing customer service lines, and therefore no average wait time data is held for the Ministry for any year since its establishment. This is my response to questions, 47433 (2025), 47434 (2025), 47435 (2025), 47436 (2025), and 47437 (2025).
