Hon Nicola Grigg: My office receives a large amount of correspondence, and as a result, only correspondence related to my Ministerial portfolios is recorded in a correspondence log. Correspondence that is addressed to multiple Ministers or Members of Parliament, is outside of my portfolio responsibilities, is unaddressed, or is general in nature, is not recorded in a log. Correspondence that falls under another Minister’s portfolio is often transferred to the relevant Minister for their consideration or response.
