Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I have taken one paper: Quarterly Plan Update as at 30 July 2024, to the Cabinet Strategy Committee at its meeting on 30 July 2024. No papers were taken to Cabinet within the specific time frame.
