47176 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Justice: Was Stephen Rainbow given an exemption to the Cabinet Fees Framework when they were appointed as Chief Human Rights Commissioner, if so, by what amount are they being paid above the Cabinet Fees Framework in dollar terms?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Dr Rainbow’s remuneration as Chief Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission is set by the Remuneration Authority and not under the Cabinet Fees Framework.
