47174 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Media and Communications: Was Paul Henry given an exemption to the Cabinet Fees Framework when they were appointed to the Board of TVNZ, if so, by what amount are they being paid above the Cabinet Fees Framework in dollar terms?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: No Mr Henry is paid the standard Crown Director fee rate for a director of TVNZ. Director fees for TVNZ are set under the Crown Company Fees Methodology. There is no ability to pay an individual director a variation to the agreed director rate.
