Hon Nicole McKee: I received the following advice: • 23 September 2025 - Meeting with Public Trust on 26 September 2025. • 23 September 2025 – Aide Memoire: Overview of Clean Slate Scheme. • 25 September 2025 - Departmental Report for the AML/CFT (Supervisory, Levy and Other Matters) Bill – Draft. • 25 September 2025 – Aide Memoire: Public Trust – Performance Update for the six months to June 2025. • 26 September 2025 – Annual Report: District Court 2024 Annual Report. • 26 September 2025 - Weekly Report (Justice, Associate Justice and Courts). I have received 6 further documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
