Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that as of 31 August 2025, the Environmental Protection Authority had been directed to cost recover $236,513 in relation to the costs of the Te Awamutu Waste to Energy Board of Inquiry since the Board's establishment on 26 November 2024. These costs are recovered from the applicant.
