46923 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: What is the total cost, if any, of any potential review into school bus routes currently underway?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that route reviews are a normal business activity and, as such, are funded from departmental baselines. The Ministry does not distinguish time spent on route reviews from other regular business tasks.
