46921 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 44077 (2024), have all key roles in Oranga Tamariki secure residences received the additional training referred to in the answer; if not , why?

Hon Karen Chhour: The work programme referred to was closed in April 2025 at the end of its lifespan. Approximately 80% of staff in key leadership roles have received the additional training referred to. The remaining 20% are on track to have completed their training by March 2026.
