46919 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 44077 (2024), have all staff at Oranga Tamariki secure residences received the face-to-face training on the top 20 critical risk areas referred to in the answer; if not, why?

Hon Karen Chhour: The work programme referred to was closed in April 2025 at the end of its lifespan. The training referred to has since been incorporated into Te Waharoa induction training, which new starters at residences undertake.
