46916 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 44077 (2024), what is the deferred key action area for Oranga Tamariki secure residences and has it been actioned since 19 July 2024; if not, why?

Hon Karen Chhour: The work programme referred to was closed in April 2025 at the end of its lifespan. Mapping of technology enablement requirements was deferred and has since been replaced by other programmes, including the Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade.
