46914 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 44077 (2024), what were the 7 completed action areas at the Oranga Tamariki secure residences and do they remain complete?

Hon Karen Chhour: The work programme referred to was closed in April 2025 at the end of its lifespan. The completed work programme actions included the roll out of new radios, improved communications, leadership meeting agendas, Standard Operating Procedures development and roll out, business continuity plan templates, an external reference group and rangatahi and whānau-centric assessment process. All complete actions remain complete.
