46902 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: Why do the terms of reference of the agricultural and horticultural products regulatory review not provide for any environmental agencies to nominate people to the sector reference group?

Hon David Seymour: I am informed by Ministry for Regulation officials that the sector reference group will be a forum for bringing together different agricultural and horticultural industry perspectives to contribute to the review. Environmental organisations will have alternative opportunities to contribute their views.
