Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the January to March 2024 quarter, a revised National Escalation Framework draft was finalised. The purpose of this framework is to identify escalation levels which define a point in time risk status for individual hospitals, and to guide actions across regions and districts to identify and utilise surge capacity.
