Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter January to March 2024 to ‘Deliver a National Asset Management Strategy and Capital Investment Plan by December 2023 including the information solution strategy, requirements and road map for asset management and investment analysis’ under section 3.7 ‘Strengthening our system enablers’ within Te Whatu Ora’s Te Pae Tata: Interim New Zealand Health Plan 2022?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in the January to March 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand undertook a further review of the capital portfolio Budget, including how the government's health targets will be addressed through the Infrastructure Investment Plan.
